SANEH BOOTHE

This Multi-lingual actress speaks Farsi fluently, English with accent and she is familiar with Arabic,Turkish and Spanish. Saneh is a local board member of SAG -AFTRA representing New Mexico actors. She is also on the board of New Mexico Women In Film, active in Native American Community and Co-Chairing for Indian Pueblos Film Festival. She is a dancer in Mediterranean and Latino style. Saneh has been in different diversity panels at film festivals and on the air for radio shows. She is focusing on diversity in New Mexico and the power of women in films.


VICTORIA BRUNENI

Bruneni is the general manager of the Inn at Santa Fe and a long time advocate for the development of film in New Mexico. She previously served as the Vice President of New Mexico Women in Film and currently serves as chairwoman for Santa Fe’s Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee and board member of the Occupancy Tax Advisory Board. Victoria owns a catering/food truck business, is a certified wedding planner and raises her daughter in Santa Fe, NM.


DENIECE SANCHEZ

Deniece was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM as the former Mrs. Santa Fe, for the Mrs. America Pageant.  Deniece has been helping create and hosting film festivals throughout NM for several years, the Santa Fe Film Festival, Las Cruces Film Festival and Truth or Consequences Film Festival. Deniece is the CEO of Beyond Construction LLC and one of the very first females in NM to hold a GB98 Commercial Construction Contractors license. Not only is she a commercial builder and blueprints specialist, she has a Masters Degree in Psychology (MS) from The University of Phoenix, and has owned  multiple companies in the State of NM. She is honored to join the “Borderlands Film Festival” as Associate Producer and currently lives in Las Cruces with her family.


KATE NOBLE

Kate Noble is a native Santa Fean who studied film at Columbia University then went on to spend 10 years as a TV producer and reporter for BBC News. Upon returning to New Mexico, she worked in economic and community development for the City of Santa Fe including work on many projects to bolster the film industry. Her earliest jobs included being an assistant location manager on New Mexico projects – a Paul Hogan and Cuba Gooding Jr film called Lightning Jack and a sci-fi TV series called Earth 2. She still thinks it’s really mostly about where to park the trucks.


NANI RIVERA

NaNi Rivera is a graduate from the College of Santa Fe with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Moving Image Arts and an Associate of Arts Degree in Media Arts from the Santa Fe Community College. She has worked on several major motion productions, produced numerous commercials and PSA’s, was Garson Studios Coordinator and directed a variety projects supporting New Mexico film as the Director of Special Projects for the IATSE Local 480’s outreach program. She staffed the legislative effort and provided media material for the landmark New Mexico Breaking Bad Bill. She is a founding member of the Santa Fe Film Commission and the New Mexico Film and TV Hall of Fame. Rivera also serves as Chair of the Santa Fe Film Festival and board member of the Northern Area Labor Workforce Development Board.


ELIAS GALLEGOS

Elias Gallegos was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM.  At age 18! Gallegos was discovered by Casting Director Sally Jackson.  While working on the film, Wyatt Earp, with Kevin Costner, he caught a glimpse into his future.. Elias began to search high and low for acting opportunities. He studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the South Coast Professional Reparatory in Costa Mesa, CA.  Before long, Mr. Gallegos found himself as a company member performing and touring with SCR and soon thereafter, he became a member of Actor’s Equity.  He was selected as the “Face of Fox” and signed a 2 -year contract with Fox becoming part of the KRQE family. He also booked roles on Killer Women, In Plain Sight, The Last Band and Graves. Elias most recently cast in another movie that showcases his home town titled Santa Fake. Mr. Gallegos is proud to be home, thriving in New Mexico, along side talented film crews, dedicated actors, directors, writers and producers


WAYNE ELLIOTT

Wayne is the originator and owner of Elliott location equipment one of the largest vendors in the southwest. A locally owned company since the early 80’s they have the largest resume of films serviced in NMFilm of anyone.


AL LUCERO

Born and raised in Santa Fe, NM, Lucero spent 30 years in Broadcasting in various cities across the country (from San Francisco to Green Bay and back to Santa Fe). He owned and operated Maria’s in Santa Fe, with wife Laurie, for 28 years, wrote 3 books on Tequila and Margaritas published and available from Random house (The Great Margarita Book — 2nd Edition). Currently doing PR for Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits of New Mexico. Co-founder of Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta. Member of the New Mexico Tourism Hall of Fame. Have a major California Cabernet collection in our 6,000 bottle wine cellar in our home in Santa Fe.


MICHAEL HOLT

Director, Santa Fe Studios – Michael Holt’s career in the Entertainment Industry has spanned over 48 years. He  started his career in 1969 working on TV shows such as Dean Martin and the Goldiggers to also working on the first four Spiderman Movies as well as running the Santa Fe Studios. Working on over 160 other major motion pictures, and on thousands of Television shows including being the first Line Producer with the Fox Television Network at its inception as well as producing the first in house TV shows at the NBC Network at its beginning such as Punky Brewster for seven years. He is a member if the Directors Guild of America as well as a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. Michael has worked in every production position in both television and film, and he also brings a ton of production experience while have worked on all major studio lots in different capacities.
