J.M. Burris, Writer/Director of the New Mexico Film, “Santa Fake,” has consistently worked in film since 2010. Burris has worked in many different capacities on full-length features (Mosquitay Mari, Drunktown’sFinest, Bare, and Mekko) including production accountant, Production Office Coordinator, script consultant, legal services and music supervisor. She has lived in Santa Fe, for the last nine years where she shot “Santa Fake” in 2018 as her directorial debut.
